By using this website, requesting a quotation, approving a design plan, placing an order, or working with Arcaya Living on a furniture project, you agree to these Terms of Service. If a signed quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or project contract includes different terms, that written document will apply to the specific project.
Our services
Arcaya Living helps clients plan and furnish homes through design consultation, product selection, custom furniture coordination, sourcing, production follow-up, quality control support, export packing, international shipping coordination, destination delivery, and after-sales support. The exact services included in each project depend on the approved quotation or written agreement.
Design plans and approvals
Design concepts, drawings, renderings, material references, product lists, dimensions, finishes, and specifications are prepared for project communication and approval. Clients are responsible for reviewing all details before approval, including measurements, site conditions, product quantities, colors, materials, and functional requirements. Once production begins, changes may affect price, timeline, feasibility, and shipping.
Quotations, orders, and payments
Prices are based on the confirmed project scope, product specifications, quantity, destination, shipping method, and requested service level. A project is not confirmed until the required payment and written approval are received. Payment schedules, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and any late-payment terms will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or project agreement.
Custom products
Many Arcaya Living products are custom-made or project-specific. Natural materials, wood veneer, stone, leather, fabric, handmade finishes, and production batches may show reasonable variation in color, grain, texture, pattern, or tone. These variations are part of the character of custom furnishings and are not automatically considered defects.
Production timeline
Production timelines are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise. Timelines may be affected by design changes, delayed approvals, material availability, supplier schedules, factory capacity, holidays, quality checks, shipping booking, customs clearance, and destination delivery conditions. Arcaya Living will communicate material changes to the project schedule when practical.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is project-based and depends on destination, product volume, freight method, customs requirements, and delivery access. Delivery timing and shipping cost are confirmed through the quotation or shipping policy. Clients must provide accurate address, contact, building access, and site-condition information before delivery. Failed access, missed appointments, storage, redelivery, or extra handling may create additional charges.
Cancellations, changes, and returns
Because many orders are custom or made to project specifications, cancellations, changes, and returns may be limited after design approval, material purchase, production start, packing, or shipment. Any approved cancellation or change may be subject to design fees, material costs, production costs, handling costs, shipping costs, transaction fees, or other expenses already incurred.
Receiving, damage, and claims
Clients should inspect products promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please keep the packaging and send clear photos of the packaging, labels, full item, affected area, delivery receipt, and order information. Arcaya Living will review claims according to the project record, approved specifications, quality control records, shipping evidence, warranty terms, and applicable service agreement.
Warranty and after-sales support
Warranty coverage depends on the product category, project scope, approved specification, usage condition, and written warranty terms. Normal wear, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, unsuitable site conditions, incorrect installation by others, and natural material variation may be excluded. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, review and approve documents carefully, make payments on time, prepare the site for delivery or installation, follow care instructions, and communicate issues promptly. Arcaya Living is not responsible for delays, added costs, or product issues caused by inaccurate measurements, incomplete information, inaccessible delivery conditions, or site conditions outside our control.
Website content and intellectual property
Website content, brand materials, images, layouts, copy, design concepts, drawings, renderings, product selections, and project documents provided by Arcaya Living are owned by or licensed to Arcaya Living unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used for another supplier or project without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcaya Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, project delays, or third-party costs. Arcaya Living’s responsibility for a specific project will not exceed the amount paid to Arcaya Living for the affected product or service, except where prohibited by law.

When you contact Arcaya Living or start a project, we may collect information needed to communicate with you, prepare designs, quote products, coordinate production, arrange shipping, and provide after-sales support.
