QC Process

Quality Control by Stage

Custom furniture is not checked only at the end. Each order moves through a clear sequence of review points, so material, structure, finish, comfort, and packing are all controlled before shipment.

01

Material & Finish Confirmation

Wood, veneer, fabric, stone, metal, color, and surface requirements are reviewed against the approved reference.

02

Sample / Prototype Review

Key proportions, curves, upholstery, hardware, and construction details are checked before batch production.

03

In-Process Production Inspection

Frames, joinery, sanding, assembly, upholstery, and surface finishing are monitored during production.

04

Final Product Inspection

Appearance, dimensions, stability, color, visible details, and functional parts are checked before packing.

05

Packing & Loading Check

Product protection, item labels, packing method, and shipment readiness are reviewed for export delivery.

01 Material & Finish Inspection

Material & Finish Checks

Before a custom order moves into production, we review the selected wood veneer, solid wood, metal finish, upholstery fabric, stone or sintered stone surface, and color tone to make sure they match the project requirements.

  • Wood grain direction and color consistency.
  • Veneer, solid wood, metal, fabric, and stone finish.
  • Surface smoothness, coating, texture, and edge treatment.
  • Approved sample or reference finish matching.

02 Dimension & Structure Check

Dimension & Structure Checks

We check dimensions, structure, joints, balance, and assembly details during production, especially for furniture with curved wood, complex frames, drawers, doors, metal bases, or installation requirements.

  • Overall size, proportion, and installation-related dimensions.
  • Joinery, frame strength, balance, and load-bearing structure.
  • Drawer, door, hinge, handle, and hardware alignment.
  • Assembly accuracy before surface finishing.
03 In-Process Inspection

In-Process Production Checks

Instead of waiting until the end, our team reviews key production stages while the furniture is being built. This keeps repeated orders consistent and gives project clients better visibility.

Production checkpoints

  • Woodworking: frame, curve, joint, sanding, and edge details.
  • Upholstery: foam shape, stitching, fabric tension, and comfort.
  • Surface finishing: color, coating, texture, gloss level, and touch quality.
  • Assembly: hardware position, balance, visible gaps, and functional movement.
04 Upholstery & Comfort Review

Upholstery & Comfort Checks

For chairs, sofas, beds, and lounge furniture, we check the way soft materials meet wood or metal frames. Appearance, hand feel, seat comfort, fabric tension, and stitching all matter.

Fabric tension

Fabric should sit cleanly around cushions and curves without uncontrolled wrinkles or loose areas.

Soft upholstery, wood, and metal details are checked where customers see and touch the furniture most.

Upholstery comfort detail

Comfort details

Seat height, cushion shape, back support, and soft edges are reviewed according to product type.

05 Final Product Inspection

Final Product Inspection

Before packing, each piece is inspected from multiple angles. The final check compares the finished furniture against approved drawings, samples, order details, and expected use conditions.

  • Appearance, surface finish, edges, corners, and visible details.
  • Color, material consistency, and finish matching across items.
  • Stability, balance, hardware function, and moving parts.
  • Gaps, alignment, drawer movement, door movement, and installation readiness.
06 Export Packing & Delivery Protection

Export Packing & Delivery

Wood crate packing checked for export delivery

For international projects, the packing method matters. We review product protection, crate structure, carton condition, labels, item matching, and shipment readiness before delivery.

  • Foam, corner, surface, and fragile-area protection.
  • Wooden crate, carton, or reinforced packing method by product type.
  • Product labels, order identification, and packing quantity check.
  • Loading condition and shipment-ready confirmation.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

These answers are written for overseas buyers, designers, contractors, and procurement teams who need clearer visibility before shipment.

Do you inspect every product before shipment?

Yes. Finished products are checked before packing, including appearance, dimensions, function, stability, surface finish, visible details, and product matching against the order requirements.

Can you provide QC photos before delivery?

Yes. For project orders, we can provide photos of material confirmation, production progress, final inspection, packing, and loading according to the order requirements.

How do you control color and material consistency?

We check materials and finishes against approved samples, drawings, or project references. For repeated items, we pay close attention to wood grain, finish tone, fabric color, stone pattern, and surface consistency.

How do you reduce shipping damage?

We use protective packing based on product type, including surface protection, corner protection, cartons, reinforced structures, wooden crates, labels, and loading checks for export delivery.

Can issues be corrected before shipment?

If an issue is found during inspection, we review and correct it before the product is packed and shipped. The goal is to solve problems at the factory stage instead of after delivery.
