Send the product reference, material or finish code, intended use and delivery country and city. Confirm the sample format, what it represents, charges, shipping method and timing. Sample fees or freight are not automatically included or credited against an order.
Record the sample ID, furniture part, approved attributes, approver, date and current revision. A colour approval does not approve every dimension, construction detail or production change.
